Dragonair to fly to Bangalore while Cathay to expand to Chennai

Dragonair has announced its operations to India for the first time from summer ‘08. The service to Bangalore will commence on May 1, 2008 with daily flights operated by A330-300 aircraft offering Business and Economy classes. Further, Cathay Pacific made its foray into Southern India in 2008. On June 1, 2008 the airline will expand its India network by operating four flights a week from Chennai to Hong Kong. In addition to this, the airline will also introduce daily flights from Mumbai and Delhi beginning February ‘08.
